I have a work experience of 34 years in my business line and a part time life coach (hobby), an agony aunt / uncle for a lot of my relatives and friends, their wives, their children and huge number of acquaintances. A day will come when you will sit back and reflect your this decision. I certainly pray to god that it doesn't come. The girl has everything to gain Sir and I know the NE culture very well too. I took PEP an year back after a condom slippage during the act. I was travelling outside the country and could not meet a doctor and take it until 48 hours after exposure. - Do your regular work and do some exercise. Keep active, walk or jog. I was regular at the gym during that month.

- Eat well, don't starve and don't overeat or get over drunk. In short eat healthy and keep the body healthy.

- Asked me to avoid smoking as it reduces your immunity power.

The difficulty I faced was taking the medicine without family members seeing it. I had to hide the bottle of medicine and take it secretly.
