Hope everyone Doing well.

Tablet Dapoxetine (Dapox / Extralast) 30 MG.

Take it one hour before the deed.

Alternatively, buy Lox 2% jelly and apply over the tip. Apply for just 3-5 minutes immediately before the deed and then you can wipe it off with a tissue.

Hello folks,

A couple of months ago all of a sudden I developed a dull pain in the right scrotum. Was not sure if this was because of doing DATY a couple of days earlier with a WG or because of a heavy lower body workoout. However I thought it will go away and did not do much. In early Feb after suffering few weeks, went to urologist. He did physical inspection, got and got an ultrasound done. It said funiculitis and doc gave antibiotics. It's been 4-5 weeks, pain has completely subsided but if I try doing exercise I get some pain. In the meanwhile he als got hiv 1 & 2, vrdl, hcv etc and everything was normal. No warts / rashes / fever etc also. I wanted to check with brothers who may have suffered with similar condition of how long it may take to be 100% normal and should I be looking at anything else (tests etc). Thank you!

I have been in a similar situation before and I am associated with the Healthcare industry so I could may be give you some inputs:

1. For future, always remember to wash your penis glands with a soap and thoroughly soon after your realize the condoms have broken. That itself would be a great step to begin with.

2. Start a medication of Valecyclovir (Anti retro viral) for the next 3 days. Morning evening 1 tablet each. Although its best to consult a doctor, a 3 day Valecyclovir course will not harm your body.

3. STD can take 1 week to 6 weeks, depending on case to case and disease to disease for it to develop in the body. Therefore I would advise you go to Dr. Lalpath Labs about 35-40 days after your day of intercourse. They have an STD panel test for 2000 (I forgot). They cover most of the important tests and your get all the results by email in max 48 hours.

If everything is normal, do go to the hospital and get yourself vaccinated for HPV, Hep A, b and see at least for future precautions.

Consult a doctor and start PEP, protects you from HIV. Do it immediately the window is only of 72 hrs, please consult a STD specialist, before you decide to do anything yourself.

Hi guys,

I am facing issues since last 3 times where I don't get an erection with WG. Even after BBBJ and HJ I could get only slight one.

But I get a pretty solid morning wood.
