Book OYO couple friendly and allowing local ID's. You can select this option in the app. Book for 2 people. Girl can walks to your room after submitting ID or both can check-in together.

2) I would imagine room is booked for me for the full day. So once the girl leaves can I ask another one to join in?

I don't think this is possible.

3) does hotel staff frown or they don't care?.
