When you step out the door of San Peter, across the street and to the right is Full Arabe, a Lebanese restaurant. Food is excellent, but a bit pricey. Some of the dishes are over 20 k. Just past it is a little Colombian restaurant, decent cheap lunch, about 11 k.

My favorite in the area is Salud Pan. It's a bakery and restaurant. Around 15 k. They have regular, vegetarian and vegan options on the menu of the day. It's about 2 blocks south of San Peter. There's also a Mondongos nearby.

I got into MDE right at the start of the quarantine late at night. There were no cars on the road due to the lockdown, and I did a double take at google maps on my phone when it said it was 20 minutes to Poblado.
