I have had couple of office encounters, trust me its not worth the risk / time. If the girl is under same reporting manager then definitely no. All the office romances I have seen either end up in marriage or one person leaving the company, very rarely it will be a normal breakup. After breakup, you cannot avoid communication with other person, it will be awkward / uncomfortable for both of you, if the things go south being a guy its very difficult to defend yourself.

Never use office communication apps to flirt / sexual chats.

She might just be having small talk which you would have had while in office lunch or coffee hours. I / we are missing that badly. I would strongly advise you not have any romantic / sexual encounters with any girl from the same company, even it is not "policy". A casual social connection may be OK, as long as it doesn't go further. Avoid home visits.

I'm sure the SA website would have details of the costs. Up to you whether you want to put real photos up; how would you react to a girl having fake photos in her profile?
