Don't worry too much, if this is a spa known for providing extras, the girl probably does this with a lot of customers and would be on the pill. Spa girls don't risk getting pregnant on the hopes of trapping a random client. The only thing that you should be worried about is contracting an STD. Kindly get yourself checked. The problem with my friend was that he was used to covered sex. Then he started a live-in relationship and uncovered sex that's where his problem started.

This happens to uncircumcised dongs. Reason being the frenulum getting stiff.

Any tissue which is elastic has no issue being stretched normally.

Problem occurs only if the tissue is stretched beyond its limit or there is some scar tissue (scar tissue reduces elasticity).

Once banjo tears, it has possibility to tear again and again due to scar tissue of previous tear.

Better to get it fixed right away; consult a doctor.

Do not jump to circumcision. Ask if frenuloplasty is an option.

My friend had same issue, it takes about 2-3 weeks to heal fully. But it was reoccurring and eventually he had to do circumcision.
