Why does this approach make sense?

You have misunderstood. This is not how SA works. I was the jawai raja of SA from 2016-18. I still know some of the seniors from this very forum killing it in SA.

I have had a paid SA membership since last 15 months give it take.

I have done negotiations for PPM, Short and Long term arrangements and have also had my fair share of failures too. To make it crisp and concise for you, never ever pay the monthly arrangement allowance in advance. If you do this, there is a strong temptation for the girl to scam you. I suggest that never provide such an opportunity to anyone. A good number of them girls would try to convince you otherwise saying that they always receive allowance in advance, some will play the psychological game of questioning your own intentions about paying the allowance and other such yada yada crap. Basically this is a good way to separate and block them wannabe scamsters. The genuine ones would be OK with a payment at end of month or in two instalments every 15 days or whatever be your terms of agreement. Just be sure that you don't offer a dime in advance ever to anyone.
