Please immediately meet a good infectious disease specialist and explain to him the encounter you had and ask him to start you on a PEP. The PeP medication should be done within a time frame from exposure and I think it's 72 hours. Don't waste time mate and you never know what disease these girls may have. You can take tests only after some period and in case the girl has say HIV, PEP will kind of save you. The black mail etc you can deal with in life.

Don't worry too much, if this is a spa known for providing extras, the girl probably does this with a lot of customers and would be on the pill. Spa girls don't risk getting pregnant on the hopes of trapping a random client. The only thing that you should be worried about is contracting an STD. Kindly get yourself checked. Do yourself a favor and never repeat this mistake. Also most of the customers don't give their primary number at the counter, the management knows that too. Sleep well.

The problem with my friend was that he was used to covered sex. Then he started a live-in relationship and uncovered sex that's where his problem started.

Yes, the reason being during covered sex, whole shaft moves covered. Thus less grip on penis skin by pussy.

In case of uncovered, grip is bit strong which can stretch frenulum beyond its limit causing snap.

This happens to uncircumcised dongs. Reason being the frenulum getting stiff.

Any tissue which is elastic has no issue being stretched normally.

Problem occurs only if the tissue is stretched beyond its limit or there is some scar tissue (scar tissue reduces elasticity).

Once banjo tears, it has possibility to tear again and again due to scar tissue of previous tear.

Better to get it fixed right away; consult a doctor.

Do not jump to circumcision. Ask if frenuloplasty is an option.

My friend had same issue, it takes about 2-3 weeks to heal fully. But it was reoccurring and eventually he had to do circumcision.
