Julie or Rimashree as is her real name should agree for 10 k plus 1 k uber fare for 2 shots (which in Kolkata standards was quite reasonable, as per me for 3 hrs. Can't really comment for others) . This was the agreed rate 3 months before the pandemic shoot out last year. Try and see if she agrees to the same. Again rates are something that the lady decides seeing many variables. What service you want, how much time she has to spend for you, how far she has to travelling for you, etc etc.

As for Ivory, she wants to artificially hike her price by not sharing face pics. As thumb rule 2 - should be avoided. Thumb rule 1 being. No advances.
