In your case you are more at risk from Syphilis, Herpes; Gonorrhea, Hepatitis etc. I would suggest you wait for a month from your date of unprotected sex and then get a complete STD panel test after consulting your physician & then repeat once again after 3 months from you date of exposure. For your test results to be valid and conclusive its important you not engage in further unprotected sex (both vaginal & oral) and always be honest with your doctor. Good luck!

Please immediately meet a good infectious disease specialist and explain to him the encounter you had and ask him to start you on a PEP. The PeP medication should be done within a time frame from exposure and I think it's 72 hours. Don't waste time mate and you never know what disease these girls may have. You can take tests only after some period and in case the girl has say HIV, PEP will kind of save you. The black mail etc you can deal with in life.

Same thing happened to me some time back. My spa girl suddenly agreed for FS during B2B and I didn't have see with me. Didn't want to miss the opportunity but in excitement came inside before pulling out. Gave her emergency pill the same day which she happily swallowed LOL.
