So I just flew into Medellin yesterday. And I had zero idea about the protests that are currently happening until the night before I left. Tonight, a large majority of my apartment complex is banging on pots and pans and singing songs. My usual girls are telling me that this is is not going to end soon and potentially not well. My house is in downtown Chicago and I went through those crazy riots. I'm really not a nervous nelly, and am still not worried at all, but these emotions seem a lot more raw than what I felt back then.

I'm headed down for about a week at the end of June. Hopefully it won't be too crazy and if it is I'll cancel. I'm a world traveler. Understand the risks in the 3rd world So here's what I need help with. I have a big budget but I don't like to overpay for no reason. Having said that I would pay more for something good then get a deal for something that I could care less about I speak fluent Spanish. I'm fit and professional 40. A good high end hotel which is very guest friendly would be The Premium Plaza Hotel and it has Jacuzzi rooms.

And the highest class women in town can be found within 100 meters of the Hotel.
