In reference to the "regular girls" you mentioned, and the no shows, seems odd that they would pass up an opportunity to make some money during the Pandemic, but you have to keep in mind that most Colombian's, at least the ones that work, live in the moment, and have little to no time management skills, are constantly late, and can't manage money. So yes, they can be very flaky and if you have been turning some away, perhaps double book some of these Chicas and then you can flake out on them.
