I have been mongering in Singapore and Europe and I almost always suffered from the problem is EE. Medicines like Pligry helped a lot. Now I am in India and those are not available. Can you please suggest a over the counter tablets for staying long and also hard. Would be nice.

Recently, I noticed irritation in my pubic area. I took my time and ensured I landscape it as clean as I can. While trimming, I observed flaky white stuff sticking to pubic hair. After cleaning, the irritation doubled up and I found these small insects over there. Upon googling, it looks like crabs. Here is my Observation until this discovery.

It all started with this bird I met on MR. She was a deadbody on bed. Had to let her go as I couldn't even fuck her with her "meherbaani" face. Coming to the issue.

1. White wax stuff found when I pulled my foreskin. It had a foul smell (of course) despite cleaning it thoroughly everyday. I thought it was due to me putting on weight during the pandemic.

2. Normal irritation in pubic area as you normally fo when you sweat over there.

3. Upon shaving, the irritation doubled up.

4. The semen had this awkward pink color today.

I request you guys to help me out to get rid off these crab lice.

I am looking for suggestions from those who have either similar experience or who are medical professionals. I noticed pinkish semen for the first time about 5-6 days ago as I masturbated. After reading some websites, I understood that it may be something temporary and might have been caused by high blood pressure, vigorous masturbation, some cist / injury in the prostate, or some STD (herpes, chlamydia or gonorrhea). I did not engage in any sexual activity for the next 4-5 days and yesterday just to check if everything has become normal, I masturbated once again. Once again I found the semen to be pink, which has now made me anxious.

I am 40 years old without any high BP. I did not do anything exceptional while masturbating. I don't have any other kind of sexual problem as of now, although I have not tested for STD. I had unprotected sex for a short while with a WG in December, without any ejaculation till it was unprotected. After that I had only one more encounter with another WG in March when she provided me with BBBJ for a short while. Rest activities were protected. I am a little shy to discuss this with a doctor and moreover, the prevailing pandemic has made the consultation or any testing even more difficult.

Looking at my history, what do you suggest at the moment? Should I wait for a few more days to check if everything is fine? Or should I consult a doctor immediately? Do you suggest any medicine?

It's most probably infection, do you have any pain when riding or holding strong on testis or its tail (epididymis) if it's infection or inflammation, even if you don't have any possible, just do a semen analysis in any lab and take a USG scan scrotum. With that we can narrow down too exact cause.

I'm a Medico, with facts I'm telling, with the available vaccine for HPV in market, Gardasil s better as it covers 4 major strain of HPV which are known to cause cancer in long term. Which s most common among women. But men also can take that vaccine, so can get a reasonable protection.

Regarding pre exposure prophylaxis, those drugs Congress with due tolls. Side effects will be there on long term. Better use high quality condom's and wear properly. That's it 98 % protection still gives 2% chance of getting HIV. So don't take risk.

Point 1: If you have been mongering for sometime now, you probably already have HPV. It's quite easy to get. Though, it might protect you from the serious strains of HPV. There are tons of info on this in google. Read it for your knowledge, and then consult a doctor.

Point 2: Don't try it on your own! Side effects of the drug you're referring to is quite deadly. Available at 2 K in India. (Prescription is anyways a joke in India). In serious cases, you'll lose your Kidneys or Liver. With HIV you might survive 8 years without treatment. Without Kidneys or Liver, you won't survive a day. On-demand PreP is a better alternative these days. Again, don't be a doctor, rather consult one!

So I have been mongering quite frequently from the past one and a half years and a few weeks back I noticed a small pinkish / reddish slightly raised spot / sore on my penis. Its totally painless. By the time I noticed it, it was almost disappearing. I can still see it as of now but its kind of faintly visible. I want to see a doctor ASAP but lockdown here in karantaka is preventing me from doing so. Hope to visit the doc as soon as this lockdown is lifted.

You guys have any idea as to what it is? I'm attaching 2-3 photos. Hopefully its not Syphilis!

Have Azithromycin 1 GM Day 1 and 500 MG for following 3 days. It's readily available. Apply coconut oil directly on the place. If it persists. Then visit doctor. Take care.
