I think if you have 25 posts + 6 months of regular membership you will get senior grade with 1 star.

200 or 250+ will give you 2 stars.

400+ gives you 3 stars I believe.

If you have enough contributions / posts (I think 100 posts not sure) you will get senior membership without being a paid member.
