Don't go Andheri, they tend be SP girls. There are some girls who can come to your place also. They are genuine but costly.

I have no idea how the other sites work. If these are just regular dating sites then my guess is they will be far more difficult than SA is. The rates appear to be exorbitant. There appears to be two to three that are being recommended on this forum but not sure how good they are.

As a thumbrule, people calling you to saki naka or chakala are shady. Second, if at all you are tempted, get your own hotel and not the shady lodge or oyo that they will call you to. And yes, on MR there are only a few who are genuine independents. And you will get to know by the way they communicate. The rest are either SPs or fly by night girls trying to make a quick buck.
