Hope you washed yourself well very quickly. If I were you (I am certainly not you, so my risk factors will be based on my best judgement), I would do the following:

Consult a Doctor and follow what he / she says.

OR:

1. Relax. The likelihood of catching anything in this situation is minuscule. You might get hit by a bus before then.

2. Watch for any abnormal signs / symptoms (skin discolorations, rashes, patches or irritation / abnormality down there).

3. Get a test next week.

4. Repeat it in four weeks from contact.

I would not take any of the medications on my own. Medicines like trioday are used to treat HIV, but, given the risks I don't think you want to take any without talking to a Doctor or without medical supervision.
