There are 2 types of circumcision for adults.

Regular involving self dissolving stitches heals faster and less risk of inflammation and other complication (usually no need to revisit the doctor after procedure). Procedure takes about 30 minutes. Doctor applies cream first to numb the area, then gives injections after its numb on johny and then the procedure is performed. It is not painful. Can go home wearing jeans / pants (it will be bandaged). Cost approx 15 k.

Second type is called CSR or stapler circumcision and involves using a device from China. The procedure takes very little time (they numb johnny like the other one, makes tiny cuts to open skin put it on your Johny and click. Done!) but there are chances of mild inflammation in about a week as it involves a silicon ring with tiny metal staples instead of stitches (and may require one to visit once again if the ring does not automatically drop off in a week). The procedure is very fast. Cost approximately 30 k. Also since there are no stitches / scars it will look "better aesthetically" (so they claim) as it is machine cut (I don't think women will care or even notice).

You can go home within a couple of hours. If you got to hospitals like St. Johns (Dr. Suryakant Choube does it) you might need to stay one day.

But otherwise I would recommend Dr. Sriharsha Ajjur who has a clinic in BTM (Bangalore Advanced urology clinic) where you can get in done in a couple of hours and he is very supportive and even helps on whatsapp if you have any questions before / after. You need to book in advance and might need to get routine tests (blood sugar and things like that before procedure but please consult him first).

As far as the healing process, There will be very slight pain that day (bearable) but after bandage removal after about 2 days there might be occasional bleeding and slight pain (nothing to worry about as they will give pain killers) and there will be slight swelling in the skin left out for about 2 weeks and peeing might be off some time which is funny but everything becomes normal later. After around 2 weeks wound heals almost completely (it will be sensitive and morning erections can be slightly painful). Daily bandage change and antibiotic cream application by oneself for a week or 2 (depends on healing). Within about 4 weeks you can start HJ and sex. Good luck!
