I used StanC / Manhattan Visa credit card. First time it did not work as international transactions were not enabled. My SA a / see got suspended. Then I enabled international transactions on SA and used the same card. Worked well.

Are international transactions enabled on your credit cards? As per RBI norms, I believe international transactions are by default set as disabled.

Could be one of the reasons. Please check.

I finally made a break through with Virtual Arrangement.
