It is too hard to say now. Ulcers could be symptoms of any number of diseases. Common cold sores, herpes, dehydration and many others. If you develop any symptoms, go and consult a doctor or if you want to be damn sure you have got nothing, go get a std panel test done preferably at least after a month or so after contact as different STDs have different incubation periods before they can be detected through tests. For now just relax and try not to think too much about it.
