1. For 5 K per night and even 6 nights a month. You are paying 30 K a month.

2. For this, you can get a 1 BR or studio apartment on monthly rent / maintenance.

3. It will be a lot safer, cheaper, stress free, no timing pressure & importantly, you are in YOUR ZONE.

I know a few of my friends started with hotels and eventually moved like this! In fact, they now share a 3 BR at 50 K a month / fully furnished! - 3 of them.
