Yeah 5 stars usually don't care as long as both IDs are entered and its a double room. But I am not sure about the Indian + Thai combo check-in. That's why little anxious.

Book two separate rooms, one for her and oner for you. Check in as two separate guests and later have fun. This way you will have to pay double for room for its the safest way to deal with hotels, nobody will have any doubt. I follow this protocol every time I spend time with foreign ladies.
