There are no "Rooms" in apartments. You should look for studios or 1 BHK apartments, whose owners know that only single guys / girls or live in couples will rent them. Such owners cannot be too choosy. Look for an good agent, explain to him your requirement (minus the mongering requirement part) he will find you a place. In large apartments, I don't think anybody bothers who is coming and going. Guilt is in your own behaviour.
