With all due respect my monger friend, looks like this 13.5 k thing is for me. Bangalore has 2 issues.

1. Not much quality or I would say vfm.

2. People willing to pay huge sum.

Now, we need to keep prices in control whether there is quality attached or not. That was the sole reason I had suggested not to inflate.
