I used Localbitcoins, you should buy a bit extra to cover transaction fee. I searched here and saw many recommending Localbitcoins as it has cheaper fees so went with it.

Hey bro,

I too am a new member and used Localbitcoins. Very seamless process. Though localbitcoins is a bit different then other platforms. You have to buy coins from people who are selling it. So you DM them and they share their UPI number. You send them the amount of which you need the BTC. They send Btc to your localbitcoinswallet. Go to the wallet and send the money to ISG's bitcoin address. That's it.
