Oyo has a decent customer support. They are now a global company and will also go public soon. Raise a complaint about the hotel where anyone has had issues. They will lose the franchise if repeated complaints come. There have been many such cases.

Oyos are Pathetic. Once I was in an oyo and someone banged the door right at night time around 2 a. M to disturb us. They did intentionally to check if any action was going on. I too am a new member and used Localbitcoins. Very seamless process. Though localbitcoins is a bit different then other platforms. You have to buy coins from people who are selling it. So you DM them and they share their UPI number. You send them the amount of which you need the BTC. They send Btc to your localbitcoinswallet.
