Out of all the places I visited (Scandallo, Lotus Club, SeekingArrangements, Aboborra, Clinica Miruna, some meetups from PA) by far I just had my best experience so far at Lotus Lounge.

The facilities are much cleaner, the girls are much more attractive than other clinicas, and for someone like me who doesn't speak Portuguese, it was very accessible.

I won't name the girl I met as I plan on seeing her since I'm here for another month but if my experience with her was indicative of the other girls, then this place is worth gold.

Had a week to kill in SP recently and had my plan all laid out. Get my daily Clinicas dose in daytime, try a couple of freelancers, and sample Scandallo, Lotus and Bomboa by night. This fell apart fairly quickly, but I still had an excellent time. Summary report part I:

Freelancers: still a terrible waste of time. Most didn't respond or responded very late, some responded with voice messages, worthless for non-Portuguese speakers. One confirmed an appointment and then went quiet at the crucial time. Luckily I'm not new to this so had a solid plan (B).

The clubs: Didn't happen despite best intentions. A regular and another chance clinica encounter took all the night slots.

The clinica outcall: I decided on a whim to contact a clinica lady I had an exceptional time with on my last visit to SP to check if she was still at the same clinica. I wanted so bad to repeat with her. Surprisingly she responded pretty fast and did remember me, which was nice. Her counter-offer was to come to my place instead. She showed up on time, professionally dressed and hot as hell. My most memorable experience so far in Brazil, which essentially moves her to the top of my global list of all time. High energy, non stop action kind of a pleaser, with a very high sex drive. Managed to squeeze four pops out of me in one session. I don't remember achieving such fete with any lady in well over 20 years. In the elevator as I was escorting her out, she initiated another hot DFK session, unfortunately I had nothing left in my tank, would have taken her back to the room. Insatiable sexual appetite on this one.

Damage was Rs400 (her quoted price), time together was about 4 h. Would have repeated but my regular came the following day and camped at my place.

Abbreviated report from December 8th, a few days after I landed in Sampa:

I've been at the Renaissance a few days now and it's great / convenient. Arrived Sunday morning, customs was empty. Early check in at Renaissance and it is BUSY, lots of business people. I was disappointed that there were no working girls at the bar, but alas it was only 11:00. Went to Prime around 14:30 Sunday, and they were very busy. About an hours wait for a cabine. Good experience, reminded me a little of Soi Six, without as much of the 'get to know you' in the bar before heading upstairs. 12 girls working, range from 5 - 7. Samantha caught my eye. I've been to Scandallo, and had two girls over from Seeking Arrangement. Also picked off freelancers at the Renaissance bar late night, on multiple occasions. The pure convenience of working girls at the hotel bar is quite nice. I'd rate them in the 6 range, but very convenient when coming home from a nice big meal and feeling lazy.

Seeking is its' own game. If you are familiar with it, you make it work for you. The 2 girls I've had were both Japanese looking, sweet & young. Scandallo last night was rocking. Great first experience. I was tired and not planning on a session, but needed to see it for the first time. Enjoyed a few Macallan 18's and chatted with several girls. Again, no language problem: a few spoke some English and were happy to practice (I. E. Yay here's a gringo I can upcharge! Only one would budge under 1,000, and that was to 800. I wouldn't have blinked at the price, but was effectively drained of fluids so didn't give any a go. Went 3 times in all this week. Tuesday & Thursday the talent was noticeably higher in quality and quantity, than on Friday.

Great restaurants in Jardins. I've been to Nakka Jardins for sushi, Corrientes 348 for steak & wine, and I'm looking forward to a few more.

Moema: walked around for awhile after Prime on Sunday. I really liked the vibe of this area, and would probably stay here for the atmosphere and ability to quickly access clinicas.

Safety: I've lived in some big cities, LOS Angeles, San Diego, Bangkok. Sao Paolo feels in between those. I haven't had any scares; had a few vagrants mark me in the street and it was interesting to feel that again. If you've lived in big cities and know how to handle those situations, it's nothing to worry about. Then again I've been in tourist bubble areas.

Language: I only speak a few words / phrases of Porto but had no problem. Most of the Scandallo girls could speak some english. Google translate was easy. I went on entire upscale dinner dates using nothing but google translate and body language. It isn't a barrier unless you allow it to be. I will be learning to speak much more before my next trip though, just to further the connection.

Performance: Not one bad session in 18 days between Sao Paolo & Rio de Janeiro. These girls are on their head game, not a poor BJ the entire trip and several girls that could give lessons. Not one girl asked for CBJ, several were cool with BBFS though I wasn't pushing for it. Anal on the menu for some of the girls, moreso than in other countries I've been to. Thanks for your very interesting report. Just so I am sure we are on the same page; you are talking about Lotus Lounge (R. Cabo Verde, 120 in Vila Olímpia), yes? I heard it was a little pricey, but that does not bother me as long as they have the goods, ha ha, high quality girls and service includes vaginal sex. Somebody reported that it was a happy ending only kind of place so I never went.

I visited Lotus Club Av. (Juscelino Kubitschek, 373) on a Thursday night in October around 10 pm. Apparently I had arrived too early because there were only 5 girls in attendance and the band had not yet arrived. The Club looked great, however, and the management was very friendly. The attitude is entirely different between the US and Brazil regarding mask usage and vaccines. At least in my limited experience in Brazil.

Yes, Brazil struggled a lot prior to the vaccine being widely available, but since late March and early April when the vaccination program started ramping up, deaths are down 97% from an average of 3000 to 90 daily for the entire country.

Everyone I spoke to had been double vaccinated.

Sao Paulo has vaccinated 100% of its adult population. Probably a few percent less due to inaccurate census data but remarkable nonetheless.

And it's not an omicron effect, deaths in the US have been at a much higher level for months relative to Brazil. This is even before Omicron coming in to play at the end of November.

Are you saying the current death rate in Brazil is lower than the United States? Because the overall per capita death rate in Brazil is higher.

Anyways, this could all simply be from timing factors on how the omicron strain is moving across the globe.

Sharon does tablet presentation. The rest of them I had added on Whatsapp (including Sharon) and when I saw someone that interested me, I asked for additional pictures.

Since most of BR population got Coronavac, I would not be surprised if cases start to climb like they are everywhere else in the world for those that got other vaccine brands.
