Most of the suites in the famed Royal Plaza has bath tubs, some have jacuzzi also. You can ask for it at the time of booking or at the counter.

Yes. Have tried both Crown plaza and Fraser suites in Mayur V, they are like 500 metres apart from each other. Both are nice premium hotel and both are GF friendly.
