I think there's been a simple misunderstanding on what OP means by CIS. CIS is a term used to refer to Commonwealth of Independent States (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Common...pendent_States), which is basically to say Ukraine / Russia / East-European. It's used as a general placeholder for firang in this forum, but this is what CIS truly refers to.
