I have HDFC both Master and Visa and even Amex it is still failing on SA all my other international transactions go through! When I got verification call from HDFC and I asked why are you declining this payment? Some banks are doing it some banks aren't.

Paytm payments bank that is also failing that is a Visa Debit card! Rest above all are credit!

So I called Amex to get into the real issue. SA (WA*) is blacklisted and transactions are denied. My all cards are international transaction enabled including online. So I got hold of an android mobile, downloaded app from google store and paid through it. It worked.

I was roaming around Belapur and someone had suggested nightingale so thought of trying it. It was my first time to a DB.

I can confirm that HDFC fails for sure, despite working for international transactions.

I have used it successfully with ICICI bank and SBI bank too successfully. Another option which my pals have used is through Google card. I will share the details it soon.
