It's hard to argue with the points you make about rising costs generally. I am certainly someone that looks for value and gets somewhat peeved when I read the prices some are paying, but each to their own I guess! I don't ever part with more than $100 all up at a rnt venue, and stick to the 100-130 half hour at brothels and don't pay extras!

I guess the point I would argue is that quality is down down down- it's one thing to pay a premium at a rnt venue, but when that premium is to some worn out 48 year old Chinese Aunty, well then I will continue to get peeved!

Say no more, I totally agree with value being the sole priority where we spend our dough. I will mention however that Australia in general the punting for young tight pretty little locals are rare, the wages here are far too high for most of them to look for this kind of work. In my 20 odd years of punting I would say 1 in 20 are under the age of 30 in massage parlours and honestly the quality for me was always very low, brothels is generally much much better (especially when we had an influx of South east Asian students) which is probably where the hate lies in AMP prices. Me after 60 hours of work then family life I'm way to exhausted to be bouncing on a WL so I'm fine to get a hopefully good massage and hand service even if she's can't see straight. So yeah, get the internationals back so the that the stocks are replenished with younger cheaper delights.

Yup don't even get me started on the regional businesses exploiting overseas staff, the horror stories I've heard would make most stomachs turn. Hospo wise definitely man, I have plenty of friends in the industry and everyone that I've spoken to are not only struggling to find staff at those wages but even keeping them happy working in these climates. Customers are still venting a lot of covid anger, prices of produce have skyrocketed if they can provide any and many owners are still playing catch up with rent / loans from covid shutdowns. The poor staff are the ones that cop it from demanding customers and I haven't even mentioned the havoc covid can bring to a tightly run team of staff.

Now more than ever its important to preach patience with any local businesses, especially in hospitality where they are so reliant of man power, high rents, local produce and razor sharp margins.

Did the rounds last night in the CBD. It was late so not that many open. Saying that all at $50 for HJ and $100 for Nude on top of massage. LOL. I've made a good few replies before but I still remember paying $100 call out fee for a plumber 12 years ago, good luck finding one just to come out for double and bit for that. Want an air-con serviced? Try $240 bucks just for them to come out to take photos then quote you without touching your unit $1. 2 k with no guarantees.
