One of the most important things about reading reviews on sites like this and others like Fiwfans is know who your poster is. Is this guy a trusted poster? Is he just a fake handle, shill, or troll? Does he only post vague information with no details that anyone could post (ie. Never names bars, girls, etc.)? Does he rate everyone is hot? If he names a girl or bar how was his experience compared to your recent experience at that bar? Better yet, meet up with guys who say they are in town and go out with them. This is by far the best way to know if the poster has similar taste in girls than you do.

Twister sold their second floor bar to the Rainbow group and opened a bar on Soi 7. Rainbow 4 is still there, where it always was on the second floor (next to Rainbow 5), but it isn't open yet. I've seen work going on there, so it might possibly open sometime.

Fiwfans and local online P4 P is amazing if you're willing to put in the time. Just going to the website is not enough, you have to join the telegram groups, learn how to read between the lines on the reviews, and carefully select the provider. You can't just open up the website look for something visually appealing scan a couple of reviews and book.

I can certainly see why tourists and short-term residents don't want to put in the time. But if you're interested in lighter skinned, baby free, nice looking gals as opposed to the mommies you find in the bar scene then it is well worth the time. Annies was my all time favourite place in Bangkok, I visited it for probably 20 years, alas it was closed permanently. Apparently busted from illegally putting a well into the water table to decrease its water bill. Every second massage place does this so who knows what the real reason was. They own Chrome bar on Soi 7/1 and moved all the girls there when it shut but it has never been the same since.
