My chicas arrive, come to my room, ask for my taxi fare, and then go back down and pay it. That's actually a lot of extra work if you think about it, they are saving you. If you think it is easy and pleasant shuttling around to meet strangers you can try it some time. I go to a couple of girls instead of them coming to me and I really need to be motivated to do it.

Ninety percent of the time taxi fare will be under 20 mil COP or about five bucks so it's not worth getting bent out of shape over. A long taxi ride from Bello to El Centro can approach 25 mil. Then when she leaves she will expect taxi fare again. Or Uber, or Didi, or if you are lucky and staying in El Centro and she lives close by, shank's mare.

You are going to hear mongers tell you that they don't pay taxi but it's not worth arguing over with the chica or here, and you will pay one way or another. The "problem" with Uber or Didi is if you are paying them to leave, but they will expect to hang out in your room until the ride arrives and that can take some time.

I usually just tell them I pay 20 mil for taxi and leave it at that and I don't expect change. Now we are getting into the weeds. Mil stands for thousands, not millions, I've had a couple of guys ask me that lately.

Now that we have gotten thru that bullshite I will tell you what really happens. If you are dealing with a full time sex worker who is fairly busy she will be using a "friend" as a regular driver, maybe a taxi but more likely a private vehicle. That shouldn't really matter to you. Their ride will often wait downstairs and depending on the girl, they may also be using this friend for muscle, so be aware. I've never had a problem, meaning if she calls in the muscle you might deserve what's coming to you.

Don't try to talk to them about taking the metro. Medellin has one of the best metro systems in the world but when you only live in the place where you grew up, there aren't any comparisons. Even the lower strata girls are snobs about using it. As Catgirl once told me, "the metro is for working people and tourists." They assume anyone riding it not during rush hour is a tourist or a neerdowell. Weird but that's the vibe. Plus, a lot of these girls are miniature and they get smushed riding metro.

Depends what you mean by darker skinned. You will find plenty of coloured girls in mde, but not many blacks. Hope that is clear and bridges the cultural gap.

Not as many dark skinned girls as you will find in other places of Colombia, particularly the lower Pacific coast. But that's one of the beauties of Medellin and Colombia in general. The full-blooded Colombian girls come in all shapes, sizes and color. Have fun and stay safe!

Leave MDE in a week. Been here 3 months. Higher highs and lower lows than ever before, but overall wouldn't trade a second of it for anything else. So this one chica I've been chatting with on Facebook wants to go to San Pedro for the Semana Santa for the festival or whatever they have there. We seem to click, but her profile seems fake and I mean we know how this can go. She picks the spot, has some homies nearby and bam. I'm outside of Medellin and pennyless / phoneless. Not a good spot to be in!

My question is, how could I do this with her while still protecting myself?
