I had a condom broken case 70 days ago, Immediately started PEP after 55 hrs of the possible exposure. Today at 70 days I have done HIV 1/2 & P24 combo test (ECLIA) and the results is Negative. Chances of spreading HIV are very less in this case. You are probably already negative 99.99%. However HIV 1 and 2 are always recommended to repeat after 90 days from exposure. Do another test after 90 days from exposure and you will have your confirmation.
