I would say stick with the honest ones! Better to pay a bit more but go with the likes of SP James, David or the girl SP who operates or used to operate in ITC. Most of the outlets of the L spa chain work on the same modus operandi. The one you are talking about is quite old and reputed though. Had tried it years ago and remember having been given a nice massage but no extras. Never returned tot that particular outlet though.

P Thai in the Lane opposite to the the mall had some nice therapists once upon a time but is now mostly filled up the lazy locals who like to charge exorbitantly but provide very poor service.

Thai retreat is the best of the lot among the options you listed I feel, although a little pricey.
