This is a bit puzzling for me. I've heard from a couple of people that 'Kolkata market has dried up'.

Lets face it, Kolkata was nowhere near the other metros and even some non-metros in terms of economic power and standard of living, but Thais still came here in droves. The fact that living here is relatively cheaper than those markets and LE threat has diminished considerably, should make this a decent prospect for Thai MILFs coming here to make a quick buck. I don't know what happened precisely in the last year or so.

Thais no longer is coming here in droves, they are coming sparingly, and only the rejected ones mostly. However you may find few newbies here and there if you are lucky. Jut look around in the renowned spas and you'll find the true picture. 2 years ago, even Osmo (at both the branches) used to have good collection, but now only ugly MILFs above 45 who knows nothing about massage are operating. I second your observation that less and less Thai girls are visiting Kolkata and the one available are below par.
