Crazy House does have a good vibe. However 2 things there annoy the shit out of me.

1. most of the hot girls are there to suck down drinks only and don't bar fine.

2. The tequila and coke 2 lady drink scam which costs 400 THB. Virtually every girl will try this shit on you.

The first bar on the left is Country Road. The bar to the right upstairs that opens late is Penny Black.

When CH first opened for business it was the best Go Go in BKK and for a couple of years it remained so. It was also my favorite Go Go. Then attrition began to take its toll. The best looking girls began to leave and they were not replaced with girls of equal qualities.

Around the same time (2018 more or less) the tequila and coke thing came into existence. I would not call it a scam back then because my girls would politely ask for the coke. But I remember one time a new waitress just brought the two drinks (coke not ordered) which I immediately called her on and the coke was taken back. I guess it was due the fact that I was a well known regular and friends with one of the mamasans plus I always requested my favorite waitresses to wait on my table that I was never pushed with the 2 drink thingy even when it became commonplace right before covid struck. But I have not been to BKK since June 2019, so I imagine I will have to put my foot down and set them straight right way. I don't mind buying a girl a coke to wash down a tequila if it is a real tequila in her glass and not some watered down version and if I intend to barfine her. I drink coke lite myself after a tequila. Besides, new girls can always have a sip of my coke. 555. But when a waitress just brings a coke unasked to my table along with a lady drink, then it is rude to say the least and a scam more or less as you indicated. Be on the look out.

I really hate this BS. My beloved BKK has changed. I am not sure I am going to like the new BKK.

Deja Vu, Kiss, Midnite, Rio, Spice Girls are owned by the "Arab". These are located on Soi Cowboy.

Oh man would this have been useful last weekend. Ended up in Midnite and all seemed okay except a bit empty (in retrospect. DUH).

Long story short, my friend wanted to order one lady drink but we somehow ended up with 3 and a fat bill and when I went to pay with QR code got told it's an extra 5% for that. I lost it right then and there and politely but pushily got cops to show up (3 of them, all plain clothes). Kept my shit together even though half drunk and cops calmly agreed with me, and I got a refund of 2 lady drink value in cash back.

Suffice to say this list should be plastered everywhere so people don't end up fucked over (idea is to get fucked but Arab seems to have understood it wrongly. How the hell does he stay in business like this?

Thai friendly is buzzing like never before, ladies are being so open and straightforward about services and freelancing. I am no premium member but soon I log in I get like 10 messages in 1 hour about masages boom boom and the whole menu. A few years ago, there were a couple of live music bars in Patpong that were perfect for this. I had my apartment in Silom Soi 4. When I was bored on any night of the week, I'd head down to the bar have a few drinks, chat with a beautiful Thai girl and take them back to my place. These weren't freelancers (they didn't want any money at all). They were just some locals looking to have a bit of fun.

Some of my best memories were when I lived there.

Went there recently and, contrary to some reports, it's hopping and full of spunk. The girls at Crazy House are a bit older and fatter than before (aren't we all?) but at least they are still naked. I did not check the inside of Tillac or Baccara, but from the outside it looked like business as usual.

One thing I like the most about BKK is the bars with live music and girls with day jobs who come here to f*ck you for 2000 Baht [thereby doubling their daily wage], usually with a couple of girlfriends for moral comfort (in the bar, not in the sack). I picked up one such named Jeannie at the first music bar in Soi Cowboy on the left as you enter from Asoke (name unkonwn? But you'll hear the guitar amplifiers from across the street). I spotted her friends again later at an upstairs bar on the right that was opened later than the official 2 am closing time. But in the meantime, Jeannie had provided great companionship in a full-service GFE sort of way!

I am not the right person to ask about sideline / fiwfans site type options. Bangkok has 3 public holidays this week starting from Wednesday, at least 2 of them are buddhist days so will be no alcohol. I would assume Nana and Soi Cowboy will be closed for 2 of these days?

Anyone know the exact days and if Nana Plaza etc will be closed this week?

Bars will be closed the 13th & 14th nationally, I don't know about a third holiday.
