Even though I am not a senior, this is exactly what is required. SA is a mess and the ask is too much, which is not justified. This way, there can be a control in place to a certain extent.

Within one minute of walking distance from the Chiner Park bus stand, there is Oppo service center and Airtel store in the same building, on the opposite side of the road where you have Aminia restaurant. In the same building there are three spas- Aahana, Renesmee and Neha. On the fifth floor (probably) there is a hotel where you can take room for short time at around 700-900.
