Prices depend upon Kats. Sometimes they are desperate for money and really dig how you look, talk so they can lower the charges. Some Kats who have other options of guys paying them what they ask for don't relent from their price.

It's basically not to get desperate for any kat. If you get desperate for kat then you overpay. Be prepared to let them go and they might agree to your price or they might go away for sure, it's a risk. But worth taking or you end up being a sucker who pays more.

As for NRIs paying girls more, that's true. They earn in dollars so can pay 5-10 k over us guys in India who are screwed thanks to the govt continuously eroding the purchasing power of Indian ruppe to benefit adanis and all that gang.

Buddy, my big take from your experience sharing is that rates are negotiable. Too much whining here about how girls have GPS. In reality they are looking for the one sucker who will pay their.

Asking rate and there is always a monger desperate enough to agree.

Of course we should be nice to the girls. However, I would not like to see a Kat who says for e. G. That she prefers foreigners, or makes sweeping statements about Indian residents vs NRIs. When they say NRIs are nicer, they probably mean they pay more, because they have fewer options.

Totally agree & absolutely necessary. Will save a lot of time & effort of forum members.

Its great that we have a SA forum but it becomes difficult and cumbersome to go over each post here only to later understand its of a another city. Hence would request all members to mention the city name in their posts and if possible in replies too as filtering becomes much easy. Most of the time we learn the city by checking out the birds profile page which is sometimes embarrassing when it turns out to be some other random city and girl checks your page or messages you. I hope the moderator promotes this practice. Thanks.

Are they just space fillers, or is it real mentorship, or is it expectation to help them ride the corporate ladder. ?

Also, girls seem to have a gift wishlist. Do people (in India) really buy these gifts for them even when you're paying 15 k-20 k for short?

Investor, mentorship are good conversation starters to understand what they are looking for and share your thoughts if you are by chance expert in that. Nothing beyond that.

Any pointers would be great for people like me who are just starting out.

First thing is to not try and close the deal in next 10 minutes.

One approach is to say that 'I usually pay around 200 $' equivalent which works out to 15 k and host in a good place. And wait for her reply. If she makes it lower ask her to meet mid way and lower it a bit more. Most will agree for say 18 k in above example.

Alternatiely, say that you usually pay 15 k and have met some good girls and can provide ref. (It's just for building confidence). She won't ask for ref.

Or. Quote your comfort level and say you are talking to few girls and get back to her. Tell her you like her profile and would love to meet if she can meet for your price or a bit more. Play the wait game and check back. One of the days she will be desperate. Have a voice call and prove your genuinity and make her feel interested if possible.

Or. Ask for a casual meet. And spend some time. Take a small gift. And at the end, tell her this is my offer and I usually meet at this price. Ask her to think and decide. If you break ice in meeting. She will be up for it.

Patience and not getting desperate is the key.

Few day ago, locate as an Ahmedabad. Demand 20 k for 3-4 hrs. No anal, no CIM. Was not interested so didn't meet.

If we are very far apart (like 40 vs 20) I don't negotiate. I just say that's not what I can pay. If they ask my rate, I tell them that they know their worth, I don't want to diminish it, by suggesting.

They are worth less. (sometimes they negotiate against themselves, but that's not my point). I go for Kats with similar expectations to mine. There are plenty of them. Even if you negotiate a 40 k girl down to 20 (which I'm sure is possible), she will consider you a cheapo and tell you of all her other clients who are much more generous.
