Thanks very much Jager for the excellent recommendations and also for making the correct assumptions that I didn't clearly annotate in my original post (rookie mistakes). I did stay in the Richmond area and after much research I had my mind set on Swan Lake due to the reviews and recommendations here and online that I've read. Plus, I don't mind an ol' fashioned MILF massage because in my experience, they are the best and take their time to provide great customer service. However, after doing my research a little more and really wanting to try the sauna, I went with the other recommendation and took a 30 minute Uber ride to Sun City Spa on the Eastside and it was a great choice because I got everything I wanted.

The service was superb with a great Sauna, Table Shower, Massage, and everything else I wanted. MT was good looking with Natural D's probably in late 20's. Very nice, payed great attention to detail and was not rushed at all, got the complete hour and full attention from staff because they were not busy. I did call to make an appointment but was not necessary. Left completely exhausted and refreshed all at the same time. Bonus was the Korean BBQ spot next door which was delicious. Uber-ed to Downtown then took Metro to airport feeling like mission accomplished. Total damage was CAD 280 plus Uber and worth every penny.

Appreciate all the great recommendations and I highly suggest anyone who is in Vancouver for a short time looking for a great place to relax to check this place out expeditiously. Was a little far from my hotel but would make the journey again in a heartbeat. Great experience in a great city. I will return very soon.

I'll be passing through Vancouver over the next week. This summary of shops was easy to plot to google maps and I can see how they fit into my plans. Seems there are a few shops in the Swan Lake Massage area.

Can I get an indication of the likely shop FS rate? Is it broken into shop fee + tip?
