Qatar World Cup 2022 will take place between 20-Nov and 18-Dec, and Brasil is a firm candidate to be the world champion. You may have your favorites, but Brasil is a firm one no doubt.

I had the chance to be in Brasil during two world cups in the last two decades and I can tell that it will have a very high impact in the mood of people. Positive of course. Every time Brasil played, streets of Rio, Sao Paulo and the interior, it was a carnival. And much more when Brasil wins! Games will take place between 7 am and 4 pm Brasilia time according to schedules.

So, if you're planning your trip for those dates, have this in mind. Bars and streets will be a party!

In my case, I will cross Brasil from Brasil Far West to Sao Paulo this time in few flights and bus. Lots of video to roll, and of course, productions with hooties and sweeties, pros and non pros.

Same goes in the US at strip clubs. Bartenders will make a non alcoholic drink like. Ice water and juice or add some color in it and make it look like an alcoholic drink while charging the clients the real price of an alcoholic drink. At Scandalo and Casarao (and other clubs / bars) depend on when you arrive you get a consumable from the entrance fee. The entrance fee (includes the consumable portion) therefore "sunk cost". I try not to give the "House" anymore that the consumable amount (I. E. , out of pocket costs) but that is just me. So if I was so inclined to pay for a drink it's coming from the consumable amount. Yes if you pay for lady drinks from out of pocket funds then yes I would be concerned if it was a scam or not consumed. If you do then make sure you ask the bartender the cost of the drink and if your comfortable with the price then you order the drink personally or decline ordering the drink.

There are pros and cons to buying lady drinks, it could help with the connection / session or piss you off if you feel your being scammed.

I leaned about the lady drinks schema in Casarao during my trip in May. I saw this pretty young girl (18 yo) walk into the club with couple of her friends, went and spoke to her. Her friends aske me to buy her a drink because she is thirsty, not a good sign but I bought her a drink anyway. She got her cut exactly like you mentioned. I think those drinks are about 150 are each. In my personal experience, most of the girls who asked for a drink within few moments of talking to them usually not good in the room. Of course there are exceptions, luckily she turned out to be one of them.

A girl could make good money without going to room by just hitting men for drinks. I don't think that is a good incentive.

Yeh, I guess it comes with trial, error, and time. I am not well versed with looking out for scammers and sharks, which probably main reason I don't prefer to session at boates. Atleast in Rio Termas, everything is fixed. Live and learn I guess.

I think it's just bad luck and it's more costly. I like Termas too but the quantity is much smaller and not as consistent as boates.

Here's what I notice, I did buy a girl there a drink and she asked for my card to give to bartender, the bartender gave back my card plus a red card and she kept that red one. I assumed it is for her kickback with the place. I drank 3-4 beer plus her drink with was a mixed type of gin drink, and the total bill came out to be R174.

Negotiations work only if the girl is not a scammer. Otherwise, it doesn't matter what you negotiate upfront, she will show her true colors in the room and makes sure you have a shitty session. It is impossible to negotiate every tiny detail, so a scammer can take advantage of that and complain about lots of things inside the room and get away with it. My advice is to pick a good girl next time. Just kidding. I wish it is that easy. I try to learn from my mistakes and avoid repeating them, but it is difficult to avoid these situations completely.

I have tried a few of the girls from the website and in the end, it just seemed to be more work than it was worth. I prefer going to Scandello and trying to find someone for the weekend. This way I get to scope out all the girls, talk to a few of them and settle on one or two that I connect with and vice versa. At the price level you are quoting, you will definitely find something to your liking at Scandello. The last few times I have been to Scandello have worked out fine for me so I usually don't need to try out other venues or options.

Do you typically communicate / negotiate in English over WhatsApp for clinicas and PAs, or do you use google translate? Any negotiation tips are welcome as well. Google Translate. You don't really negotiate at clincas, at least for me I have not tried to pay more to get what I want, but you can talk to the girl to make sure she would provide the service you need using Google Translate.

50% upfront fee of 1500? LOL. You will never ever get that 750 reais back once you hit send. This is the fastest way to scam people and the person who you're talking with on the other end is a dude. This type of fraud is everywhere including on the Brazilian ebay (Mercadolivre).
