Seeking Arrangement- SA- in India

Recently I have opened a Seeking account. After completing all the details, tried to upgrade the account by paying the monthly fee. While making payment by using credit card, half way through the process I could not proceed further while entering OTP from the bank. Money was not deducted. Got a message 'your account is suspended'. Could anyone throw some light as to what is the issue. Thanks and best regards.

Well, I think no one from ISG tried her. She didn't come down from 50 so I stopped but that was 2 months ago.
