All of us understand that booking on sites like Brevistay can make a short term booking hassle free. My sole experience is a hotel called Southern. On Level Road (deliberately misspelt). Regular hotels can sometimes make you feel embarrassed if you go as a couple and they will deny you rooms, if you are not a family, and look like a shabby monger with a WG whereas hourly hotels are cool.

Check in for regular hotels starts after 12 pm, whereas in hourly hotels you can check in at morning also at 6 am without any extra charge if you want to monger in morning. In Brevistay the hotels are mostly 2*&3* types, and I don't know about regular ones. You see there are more than one advantage of brevistay. Personally I have used Brevistay for around 7 hours with a WG at nominal price of 550 Rs in New Delhi. I can't complain about these hourly hotels. They are a blessing for budget mongers like me.

Once it happened I had booked short stay for 2 hours and going with the flow, it was so nice that we had already crossed 2 hours, if it was regular hotel we could have stayed more but because it was hourly we had to abruptly stop and check out.

I will try more hourly hotels now. Seems there are positives there.
