The time when I tried that person quote same thing. But I did hard negotiations and waited 2 days. I told that person I am dealing with you first time and booked the bird for 5 to 6 hours. That person gave me last price 25 k but somehow I quoted last 15 k. I don't know how and what happened that person accepted that price for 5 to 6 hours. I booked it at around 12 Am.
