L-arginine is a natural occurring amino acid so no side effects. It increases blood flow. Its very safe in fact its given to females during pregnancy. It doesn't help in prolonging ejaculation time only you will get hard easily.

Just chill bro. As per some posts in Sexual Wellness thread, the chances of getting HIV is quite less from a random encounter. Although I take the necessary precautions, sometimes you need to let the snake out of the bag, to feel the beautiful holes it wishes to enter.

One such occasion was yesterday, celebrated the new year with a bareback session with a spa chick and today chilling with beer in hand. I have been vaccinated for HPV by buying Gardasil from pharm easy in India. Prescription is mandatory but there is a free online prescription generation feature also where your prescription is generated after a call with a doctor and you just have to bull shit the doctor on call. I am not even sure if the person on call was a doctor indeed. So all in all it was easy to get the vaccine delivered at home. Then I discussed it with a gynecologist and she said that it is absolutely fine to get HPV vaccine even if age is greater than 16 years which is the ideal time to be vaccinated for both males and females. This is also fairly common in India for gynecologist to give HPV vaccine to women even as old as 55 years of age.

Very true brother. Apart from using protection BBJ and DFK does exchange of fluids. Usual STDs plus risk of HPV.
