Great Steps Bro, I would just add one advice it may or may not be of Help. Between Step 1 and 2, pay attention to the Join Date of the Profile. The newer the Date higher the likelihood of the profile being a Fake. Ofcourse some Genuine profile will get lost in this way, but it will save you time on the back end and being Ghosted later.
