I met Angel (the first one on your list) in Delhi a few months ago. She was really easy going to coordinate with and was very accommodative about my schedule. She also shared her live location on telegram when she left her office.

Totally agree with this. Request to all members here, please post the city name first in the heading, whether it's a report or a request, that makes it easy for the other members browsing the forum.
