Can anyone suggest some xl size condoms which are not costly. Whatever I came across are very expensive. Most of over the counter condoms don't fit me well and too damn tight. I guess that's why condom breaking has been a regular incident with me. Only option available is Trojan / magnum and Skyn. They are imported and there fore costly. Magnum 36 condom packs is available in range of 2800. Which is most cost effective as of now.

If by action you mean PEP course for HIV prevention then yes only if condom broke or blood contact. But my recommendation to everyone who is having multiple partners and whose health status is unknown to have a full std panel test every year.
