Ask your friend to stay as far away as possible and hire some CIS bird if he is that horny. Your post itself makes it clear. Don't sit where you eat.

Having affairs in office is still ok as your house / family / social circle isn't accessible easily. For a maid, all these are accessible to quickly blackmail you or create ruckus of things go with later. And rest assured some time later things will go south. If it's a review accommodation with not much social investment in the society, its still ok. Otherwise you lose face not with just your family but friends and known.

Your wife you can handle if it comes out, she may know the truth but still take your side but you can't stop neighbours tongue from wagging. Its risky but the kuch you may get from having this situation is exhilarating. I mean who wouldn't want this to work in their fantasies but some things are better left in dreams if you aren't ready to risk / lose what you already have.

My advice. Not to do it at home at all, if he is so obbessed with her want to bang her. Ask your friend to meet outside. Some distant hotel where no identity to share or no cctv kind of situation, just to be safe side.
