My advice. Not to do it at home at all, if he is so obbessed with her want to bang her. Ask your friend to meet outside. Some distant hotel where no identity to share or no cctv kind of situation, just to be safe side.

Initially everyone says I don't want money or anything, but later as you said, can happend anything. She is having a BF, you never know if BF comes to know about this secret relationship, he might blackmail or convincer her to blackmail your freind.

Now if he wants to do it. I would suggest get some form of consent on record video or written form. I would request if we have any lawyer monger here to suggest how to protect one self in such situations. Do that before making any moves
