Thanking all the seniors who shared tips on identifying genuine leads. After these last 2 experiences I've learnt a couple more things:

1. Try calling the SP to know his tone and behaviour. That itself rules out 50% fake ones.

2. Bargain to the max. No shame in getting VFM and saving even couple 100's.

3. Try to sympathise with bird in first 5-10 minutes against SP. Works miraculous and bird will be super involved in service. (Might even help avoid any charges for additional service).

4. Be aware what you say in text or call. They record your call (audio / video) so perhaps stick to TG if WA is avoidable.

5. Truecaller is a good friend. Can give you some insight how many people SP has scammed or cheated.

There are a few obvious red flags when you view an MR profile. Like the "too good to be true" pics, offering almost everything without much fuss during your communication, etc. Pay attention to all these things while fixing an appointment to save your money and time. Also go for profiles which has some reviews, positive and negative. Happy mongering.
